29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): An exit access was not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. Where there is only one exit access leading to an exit or exit discharge, the width of the exit and exit discharge must be at least equal to the width of the exit access. Site: Dollar General Store # 16848 located at 119 Business US 67, Greenville, Missouri: a) On or about June 10, 2021, Isle # 20, leading to the exit of the building was not kept 28 inches wide. The entire aisle was blocked with boxes merchandise. b) On or about June 10, 2021, isle # 19, leading to the exit of the building was not kept 28 inches wide. In the middle of the aisle way, the width of the aisle was only 22 inches. c) On or about June 10, 2021, isle # 18, leading to the exit of the building was not kept 28 inches wide. Near the north end of the aisle, the width of the aisle was only 22 inches. d) On or about June 10, 2021, isle # 15, leading to the exit of the building was not kept 28 inches wide. Near the north end , the aisle was only 21 inches wide.
