29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: a. Inside the store, located at 2017 W. Pensacola Street, Tallahassee, Florida: On or about June 5, 2021, a customer service employee sustained an injury and was hospitalized resulting from a workplace violence incident. The employer did not report this employee hospitalization to OSHA within 24-hours.
