29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee wears a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects. The employer is failing to protect employees from overhead struck by hazards. This was most recently documented on or about June 8, 2021 at U. S Assets, located at 300 North Black Cat Road, Joplin, Missouri. An employee who was signaling an overhead crane was not wearing a hardhat.
