29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv): A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location was not suitable for the location: a. On or about June 8, 2021, inside the employee kitchenette of the US Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency Service Center Office at Suite 310, Gatsby Plaza Building, Padial Street, Caguas, PR; the existing branch circuit receptacle, installed within five feet of the sink faucet, did not have ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) protection. b. On or about June 8, 2021, inside the female employees restroom of the US Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency Service Center Office at Suite 310, Gatsby Plaza Building, Padial Street, Caguas, PR; the existing branch circuit receptacle, installed within two feet of the sink faucet, did not have ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) protection. c. On or about June 8, 2021, inside the male employees restroom of the US Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency Service Center Office at Suite 310, Gatsby Plaza Building, Padial Street, Caguas, PR; the existing branch circuit receptacle, installed within two feet of the sink faucet, did not have ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) protection.
