29 CFR 1910.23(c)(4): Unsecured ladders were used on surfaces that were not stable and level. On or about June 3, 2021, an employee in the electrical yard used an unsecured fiberglass A-frame ladder on a uneven gravel surface. This practice created a condition that exposed employees to falls from ladder displacement.
