29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a.) Production Floor - On or about June 1, 2021, a machine operator performed the service/maintenance task of cleaning the Martin die cutter machine, model 5124, serial no. 455. The employer did not ensure periodic inspections of the energy control procedures were performed at least annually as required by the standard. b.) Production Floor - On or about June 1, 2021, a machine operator performed the service/maintenance task of cleaning the Marumatsu die cutting machine. The employer did not ensure periodic inspections of the energy control procedures were performed at least annually as required by the standard. c.) Production Floor - On or about June 2, 2021, a machine operator performed the service/maintenance task of setting-up the Martin die cutter, model 5124, serial no. 455. The employer did not ensure periodic inspections of the energy control procedures were performed at least annually as required by the standard.
