29 CFR 1926.451(e)(9)(iv): The use of cross braces on tubular welded frame scaffolds was not prohibited as a means of access or egress: On or about 05/25/2021, at Seybold Jewelry Building located at 36 NE 1st St, Miami, FL 3313, employees were exposed to fall hazards , while accessing and egressing a scaffold of 22 feet height from its cross bracing.
