29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i):Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes: (a) Jobsite location 2802 Cecil B. Moore Ave. Philadelphia, PA - 19121: The employer did not ensure that a floor hole in the walking/working surface of the first floor of the structure was properly guarded or covered, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 7 feet to foundation level of the site. Condition observed on or about June 1, 2021.
