29 CFR 1910.178(m)(4):The employer did not prohibit arms or legs from being placed between the uprights of the mast or outside the running lines of the truck. a) Warehouse, Dock 69: On or about May 30, 2021, the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards, in that the employer did not effectively enforce on new hire employees the employer's work rule prohibiting employees from placing their arms between the mast uprights of forklifts including, but not limited to, the "Yale" model GLPO30VX forklift (Serial Number D10V02899R) while scanning product.
