29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): Hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces were not corrected or repaired before an employee used the walking-working surface again. If the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard must be guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired: (a) Agfinity Feed, LLC. at 260 Factory Road, Eaton, CO 80615: On and before May 25, 2021, the employer did not ensure that floor openings located on, but not limited to the Mill top floor and the Middle Bin deck, were guarded or repaired before employees used the walking-working surfaces. This condition exposed employees to trip and fall hazards.
