29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: At a worksite located at 6900 Stillwell St, Kansas City, MO: An employee was exposed to electrical hazards. An authorized maintenance employee was required to work on equipment and machinery and did not receive authorized employee training on lockout tagout. Lockout tagout training was not provided on the recognition of the hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control.
