(a) Site, 1 Reinhardt Parkway/100 Riverstone Terrace, Canton, GA 30114: On or about May 25, 2021 and at times prior to, workers were exposed to thermal radiation burn hazards and amputation hazards, in that the employer did not provide training on the recognition of arc-flash hazards, the associated energies, the minimum approach distances, and the protective equipment for personnel working/standing in proximity of energized parts.
