29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1):It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. Located at 10326 Tipperary, Lot 16, Plain City, Ohio 43064: On or about May 17, 2021, the employer failed to initiate and maintain a safety and health program such as but not limited to a personal protective equipment program and a fall protection program to ensure detection and correction of hazards during construction activities. Angel Andrade was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1505595, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 16, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 4172 Holstein Drive, Lot 188, Columbus, OH 43207 Angel Andrade was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1482119, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/03/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 833-869 Hidden Springs Drive, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035.
