29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to being struck by vehicles while working to control traffic in a roadway: (a) Location - 21 Collins Street, Salisbury, MA: On or about May 13, 2021, an employee on an active highway who was performing the duties of a flagger in a temporary traffic control zone that was not marked by cones or other such means was not wearing high visibility apparel and was not equipped with an appropriate traffic control device.
