29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: (a) On or about 05/06/2021 - Panel Saw Department, machine operators not authorized to perform lockout/tagout who operate machines such as, but not limited to, the Double End Tenoner, had not been trained to call maintenance to lockout equipment when materials and/or tools become stuck in the machine.
