29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2): Midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, solid panels, or equivalent intermediate members were not installed between the walking-working surface and the top edge of the guardrail system: a) On the east side of the woodworking shop, where the guardrail system on the mezzanine above the office and the break room did not have a midrail installed, exposing employees to fall hazards.
