29 CFR 1910.146(d)(ll): Under the permit-required confined space program required by 29 CFR 1910.146(c)(4), the employer did not develop and implement procedures to coordinate entry operations when employees of more than one employer are working simultaneously as authorized entrants in a permit space, so that employees of one employer do not endanger the employees of any other employer: a) 6840 SA 2 Drive Wolf Point, MT 59201, BNSF Car 420761: On or about May 7, 2021 and at times prior, CHS, Inc. dba CHS, Inc., Farmers Elevator - Macon, as the controlling employer, failed to ensure that Agland, COOP protected their employees in that employees were exposed to engulfment hazards while accessing a rail car to dislodge product.
