29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) Laureate Kankakee Operations, LLC located at 100 Belle Aire Ave., Bourbonnais, IL 60914: On or about August 20, 2021, the employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine each employee's ability to use a respirator before requiring the use. The employer required employees to wear respirators as a precaution when someone tested positive for COVID-19 at the facility.
