29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees a) Brent Spence Bridge, containment area, I-75 Northbound, between Covington KY and Cincinnati, OH - Containment Area of Covington Approach - Column Number 24 and consecutive Columns: On or about April 26, 2021 and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to fall and struck-by hazards, in that rigging/decking was installed too low and extending over into the path of traffic. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means of abatement would be to install the Centenary Scaffold in accordance with the Containment and Suspended Platform engineering design for this specific job designed by Structures and Safe Access Inc.
