29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about April 13, 2021, where employees are required to access the Stage One spray enclosure for retrieval of parts or maintenance activity, the employer did not ensure grating on the floor was in good repair such that it supported the weight of employees accessing the area and contained no sizeable gaps which would allow the limbs of an employee to pass through.
