29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: (a) Texas Roadhouse, Inc. State College PA - An employee was hospitalized as a result of burns on April 15, 2021 at 10:30 AM and the employer did not notify OSHA until April 19, 2021 at 6:01PM. Texas Roadhouse, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1292233, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 12, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 5010 North Desert Blvd El Paso, TX 79912. No abatement certification or documentation required.
