29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. a) Maintenance shop - On or about April 22, 2021, the employer did not ensure lock out procedures were created for equipment such as but not limited to the stock picker, rider reach, extended height rider lifts, stand up rider, and slip sheet stand up rider while performing maintenance, exposing employees to electrical, hydraulic, and gravity hazards.
