29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2):The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work had the strength and structural integrity to support employees safely: (a) On or about 4/15/2021 - 2746 County Road 59, Assembly Line #16 , employees were exposed to a fall hazards of approximately 42 inches from the roof of a manufactured home to the work platform because the employer did not determine if the OSB boards had the strength and structural integrity prior to the employees accessing the roof.
