29 CFR 1910.179(n)(2)(ii):The employer did not ensure that the load was attached to the load block hook by means of slings or other approved devices: (a)In the warehouse, on or about April 21, 2021, an employee was exposed to struck by hazards from falling objects due to use of an unapproved lifting device. Direct exposure to falling objects resulted in injuries leading to inpatient hospitalization.
