29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 4 Barnes Street, Ware, MA: On or about April 19, 2021, employees were observed roofing this residence without any fall protection in use, more than 18 feet above the next lower level(ground). Maria Caguana Cela and Manuel Castro was previously cited for the same violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) (13), which is contained in OSHA inspection number 1520554 citation number 2 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/28/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 148 Dalton Ave., Pittsfield, MA.
