OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fractures and internal injuries caused by crashing hazards: 357 Paddy Hill Road, Road Surface - On or about April 16, 2021, the employer did not insure that appropriate safety precautions were implemented and an employee was fatally injured while riding on the rear step of a trash hauling truck.
