29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):At this establishment, the employer had not provided employees with effective information and training, to include pictograms, on hazardous chemicals in their work area as specified in the Revised 2012 Hazard Communication Standard. (a) Jobsite - On or about April 9, 2021 the employer did not ensure employees had been trained on the hazards of the chemicals in their work area, such as: diesel, gas, antifreeze, freon, grease, and penetrating oil, exposing them to skin irritation and fire hazards.
