29 CFR 1926.100(a): 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by wearing protective helmets. a-32 Roxbury Road, Mahwah NJ 07430: An employee while engaged in framing activities was exposed to an overhead impact hazard as a pneumatic nail gun was positioned on an overhead roof as head protection was not being utilized. Condition noted on or about 4/10/2021
