29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or about April 6, 2021, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while performing roofing activities on a commercial building located at 2660 West Market. The employees were using an air powered nail gun and the employer did not ensure that they were wearing protective safety glasses.
