A) American Biltrite dba ABI Tape located at 105 Whittendale Rd., Moorestown, NJ: On or about April 3, 2021 an employee died of COVID-19. The employer did not report the work related fatality to OSHA within 8 hours. The employer reported the death to OSHA on April 6, 2021.
