29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about May 5, 2021 at the board edger machine, the accumulation of sawdust, pieces of wood, and empty yellow plastic buckets placed along the walking-working surface created trips and fall hazards.
