29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: a) 40 Blacksmith Rd., Wilbraham, MA: On or about April 2, 2021, the employer had not provided a training program to his employees working as roofers, who are exposed to fall hazards as part of their work. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
