29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and trained each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) On or about April 1, 2021, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard, while accessing the work area and not identifying and avoiding the fall hazard of an unguarded skylight. b) On or about April 1, 2021, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard, while accessing the work area and not identifying and avoiding the fall hazard of unguarded edges.
