29 CFR 1910.27(a): The employer did not ensure that scaffolds used in general industry meet the requirements in 29 CFR part 1926, subpart L (Scaffolds). (a) Nature Soy, LLC located at 6123 Arapahoe Road Boulder, CO 80303: On 3/31/2021 and at times prior, the employer did not protect employees engaged in work of up to 20 feet above a lower level when using a JLG CM1432 scissor lift which was missing a midrail on one side. This exposed employees to fall hazards.
