29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1):The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part: On the north tower of 2765 Hwy A1A in Indialantic Beach, on or about March 31, 2021 and at times prior, the employer exposed six framing employees to hazards common to structural framing such as, but not limited to eye injuries, and fall and struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not initiate and maintain a safety and health programs as necessary for accident prevention to comply with this part, which addressed the following basic elements: 1. Management Commitment and Leadership; 2. Assignment of Responsibility; 3. Identification and Control of Hazards; 4. Training and Education and; 5. Hazard Analysis
