29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about March 26, 2021, employees were conducting inspection work to determine a source of a steam leak on a cooling system for Furnace #1 on the Hotstrip Operation. The employer failed to develop documented procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy for employees engaged in this activity.
