29 CFR 1910.303(b) (2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a. On or about March 30, 2021, inside USMS office 202C at the upper level of the Federal Operations building, San Juan, PR, four Relocatable Power Taps were serially-connected and not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle. b. On or about March 30, 2021, inside USMS office 202A at the upper level of the Federal Operations building, San Juan, PR, two Relocatable Power Taps were serially-connected and not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle. c. On or about March 30, 2021, in USMS Reception Area at the upper level of the Federal Operations building, San Juan, PR, two Relocatable Power Taps were serially-connected and not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle. d. On or about March 30, 2021, inside USMS Asset Forfeiture Unit Room at the upper level of the Federal Operations building, San Juan, PR, six Relocatable Power Taps were serially-connected and not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle. e. On or about March 30, 2021, in two contiguous USMS workstations, just outside the kitchenette, at the lower level of the Federal Operations building, San Juan, PR, four Relocatable Power Taps were serially-connected and not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle. f. On or about March 30, 2021, inside USMS office 101V at the lower level of the Federal Operations building, San Juan, PR, two Relocatable Power Taps were serially-connected and not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.
