29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by ingoing nip points and rotating parts: a) On or about 03/22/2021 in the ripsaw area; where the tensioner roller at the end of the "wide belt" created a pinch point hazard to employees offloading parts and scrap.
