OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized electrocution, electrical shock and burns hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees: a) On or about March 24, 2021, an employee was exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards while operating a feed auger when the auger boom was raised and contacted an overhead power line upon a customer�s property.
