29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: a) At or near 122 Fair St., Paterson NJ - Interior Stairway: Employees and other workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 5 feet while accessing the first floor utilizing a wood stairway without any handrail, on or about 03/25/21.
