29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or about March 23, 2021, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while performing roofing activities on a residential roof located at 36714 Amalfi Road, North Ridgeville, Ohio 44039. An employee was using an air powered nail gun and the employer did not ensure that he was wearing protective safety glasses.
