29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders as necessary, enabling each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards: a) At the job site located at 109 Nevis Rd, Guyton, GA 31312, on or about March 19, 2021, the employer failed to provide training to employees using ladders to install siding, thus exposing employees to fall hazards.
