29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or about March 19, 2021, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while performing roofing activities on a residential home located at 6571 State, Parma, Ohio 44134. The employees were using air powered nail guns and the employer did not ensure that they were wearing protective safety glasses.
