At a temporary horizontal directional drilling worksite located at or near, 1830 Holsonback Drive in Daytona Beach, Florida: On or about March 15, 2021, an employee was exposed to struck by and entanglement hazards, while performing Pullback operations during the installation of a gas pipeline, when the product pipe unexpectedly rotated.
