29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized crush by and struck-by hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. a) 93 W. Campbell Road, Schenectady, NY- On or about March 08, 2021, approximately 16 wood framed roof trusses were not adequately braced to prevent a collapse hazard. Resulting in employees being exposed to a possible struck by hazard in the event the trusses collapsed and causing near misses for others in the vicinity.
