29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(B): The employer's piping and instrument diagrams were not accurate and did not represent equipment that was existing and was part of the process. a) Bay Shore Facility: at or near 190 Corbin Avenue, Bay Shore, New York: P&IDs do not represent the configuration of the manual filling and semi-automatic filling stations and do not include information pertaining to the equipment in the process. The employer maintains generic P&IDs that are not specific to the process at the worksite. The violation occurred on or about 3/11/2021. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
