29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1):The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. On or about March 3, 2021, located at 6462 Albanese Circle, Lot 17, Dublin, OH 43016, the employer did not maintain a safety and health program to ensure detection and correction of hazards during construction activities. Jose Rivera was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1301682, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 29, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 48, Waterbury Place, Powell, OH 43065.
