29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe condition(s) and the regulation(s) applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazard(s) or other exposure to illness or injury: R-29 assembly line, 1 Lonestar Pass, San Antonio, TX: On or about February 28, 2021, and at times prior thereto, workers performing x-brace installations and other steel erection operations, were exposed to unsafe working conditions due to a change in work process, and were not provided sufficient instruction from the employer to recognize the change in the working condition and the associated hazards.
