29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards that would enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: Northeast area of site. On or about March 1, 2021, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet above the concrete floor, while installing joists/trusses, without being trained to recognize and avoid the hazards of a fall.
