29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work on, had the strength and structure integrity to support employees safely: Location - First Street Garage, Cambridge, MA. a) On or about March 3, 2021, employees were working/walking on unsafe stair pans while removing concrete from each pan on multiple levels. b) On or about March 3, 2021, employees were exposed to structural collapse while working/walking on stairs and associated components that had been structurally compromised.
